    Boomtown, Hollywood leadership takes a walk in employee’s shoes
GULF COAST — The leadership teams at sister properties Boomtown Casino Biloxi and Hollywood Gulf Coast participated in a Walk In My Shoes event. On two days in March, executives left their offices to take on various jobs across the property to get a better understanding of the work of everyone at the properties.
Barry Regula, vice president and general of both properties, spent his day working
as a hotel housekeeper at Hollywood. Also at the Hollywood property, Chad Barnett, security manager, worked as a chef in Bogart’s Steakhouse; Chris Lafontaine, player services manager, worked as a slot floor attendant; Charleyn Jacobsen, casino operations manager, worked as a table games dealer; and
Lydonyial Welch, player development manager,
worked as a player services representative.
 Kyle Widdows, vice president of marketing, spent the day working as a hotel services representative; Sarah Ladner, human resources business partner, spent time as a hotel housekeeper; and Michael Huckins, vice president of operations, was a bar back for the day.

At Boomtown in Biloxi, Fran Gates, regional
director of compliance, and Crystal Walker,
table games assistant floor manager, worked
as marketing specialists, while James
Branstetter, casino ops shift manager, spent
time as a dealer; Tiffany Hursey, assistant director of food and beverage, and Mandy
 Ladner, vice president of human resources, worked as security officers; and Austin Keeler, surveillance manager, worked as a bartender.
Additionally, David Sloan, assistant director of casino ops, worked as a player services representative; Tosha Tousant, vice president of casino operations, worked as a grill attendant; and Troy Duhe, facilities manager, spent time as a steward.
   TDR Refresh
Harlow’s Casino Resort & Spa recently refreshed its team member dining room. In addition to a new lounge area and painting
the walls vibrant colors, the TDR now has computer and USB charging stations and inspiring wall art. Team members got to see the new look during a special Taco Tuesday appreciation meal.
