Horseshoe Star Performers create extraordinary experiences
      TUNICA — Horseshoe Tunica named its most recent Star Performers, team members nominated by their co-workers, supervisors, and managers. These team members are said to have gone beyond their normal job duties to create an extraordinary experience for guests.
Receiving Star Performer recognition were Cathy Tully, table games supervisor; Tim Jackson, security; Cameo Rushing, food and beverage; Jennifer Riley, hotel; Deonka Nawls, retail clerk; Farokh Roberson, slots; Scott Griggs, audio visual; Natassia Johnson, hotel inspector; and Erika Ester, table games.
Star Performers each receive 10,000 Total Return Credits, which can be used to purchase gifts through a team member
site. The Star Performers are chosen on a monthly basis.

Aces of PENN
Ameristar Casino Hotel recently named its Aces of
PENN winners for the fourth quarter. Jesse Young, night auditor, hotel; Monique Stevenson, operations coordinator, food and beverage; Pamela Carroll, lead cook, buffet; Pamela Miller, dealer, table games; Jessica Ghrigsby, main cashier, cage; and Mae Turner Bell, player services assistant shift manager, cage, were all honored. Winners received 250 Awardco points and are invited to a banquet at their property.

         Treasure Bay recognizes commitment to service
BILOXI — Treasure Bay Casino and Hotel recently honored top crewmembers for the first quarter of 2023. Nominated by their peers and supervisors, crewmembers are recognized for
their dedication,
achievements and
commitment.
  James Brumfield,
dealer, was named
Crewmember of the
Quarter. He has been
with Treasure Bay for
more than seven years.
“James is the kindest person and always entertaining,” said Stephanie Evans, table games pit manager.
Jaleha Echols, player services, was named Supervisor of the Quarter. She has been with the company five years. “Jaleha is a tireless worker and really gets down in the trenches with her crew every single day,” said Matthew Ulm, hotel and player services manager.
Nominees Mario Adams, Armad Bailey, Mirna Bonila, Trevor Campbell, Tina Dules, Robin George, Ashley Hallman, Libby King, Angie Messer, Michael Polk, Kristi Reeder, Billie Shindler, Ashley Toth and Rose Vittur received a cash award and Treasure Bay gift
card. Brumfield and Echols each received a cash prize, an engraved trophy, a day off with pay, and a reserved parking space.
