Several receive Amplified awards at Hard Rock
BILOXI — Hard Rock Biloxi recently presented its second quarter and third quarter employee awards. The employees each received a certificate, trophy, Rocker of the Quarter pin, cash award and a restaurant comp.
For the second quarter, Christine Sylvester, marketing, was named Rocker of the Quarter for the gaming division, while Drew Benoit, receiving, was named Rocker of the Quarter for the non-gaming division. The Producer of the Quarter award went to Deshanta Banks, front office.
For the third quarter, Samantha Fields, dealer, was named Rocker of the Quarter for the gaming division, while Shannon Becker, finance, was named Rocker of the Quarter, non- gaming. The Producer of the Quarter award went to Eric Previto, spa.
Additionally, Hard Rock presented four employees with an Amplified Service Award for going above and beyond in assisting guests in difficult situations. Receiving the service award were Timothy Quinn, security; Marcus Morlock, security; Donna Melder, slots; and Shatanya Clarke, front office.

Stars of the SHOW named at Gold Strike
TUNICA RESORTS — Gold Strike announced its Star of the SHOW recipients for the third quarter. To be named a Star of the SHOW is to receive the highest form of property-level employee recognition at the casino resort.
