WEST MEMPHIS — Southland Casino Hotel features numerous dining venues and plenty of dining specials sure to satisfy any appetite for March. Here is a sampling of some of the available dining deals.
The Grind Coffee Bar is offering the Shamrock Mocha, $5.75 for regular size and $6.75 for large. This creamy blend of espresso, with dark chocolate and mint syrup, is topped with whipped cream, green sprinkles, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. The Grind is open 24 hours a day.
Ignite Steakhouse hosts Wine & Dine Wednesday on March 5. Get 25% off select bottles for a perfect pairing. Special added enhancements include a charcuterie board, a fried green tomato stack, crispy pork belly and grits, and caviar and biscuits. Also available at the Seasons Cafe is the Sweet Corn Grit Bowl for $12.50. The dish features stone-ground grits topped with roasted corn, smoked bacon and a poached egg. It is garnished with fresh chives.
The Seasons Cafe is open daily at Southland for breakfast from 5 to 11 a.m.
For March, The Fry House at Southland Casino is featuring The Cowboy Fry Stack for $14. This dish consists of sweet potato fries layered with pulled brisket, barbecue sauce, crispy fried onion strings and melted cheddar cheese.
