WEST MEMPHIS — The Kitchens at Southland Casino Hotel is offering an all-you-can-eat crab legs special on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. for $38.99. Tax and gratuity are not included.
The Kitchens is a unique buffet featuring seven open kitchens that provide a rare glimpse inside as chefs prepare fresh selections in view of guests. Designed to satisfy your every craving, The Kitchens offers a variety of favorites, a carving station, made-to- order pasta, oven-baked pizza, and homemade pastries.
The expansive 400-foot buffet serves more than 100 dishes each day from its kitchens: Ladle & Field, Mama Mia, Southern Fixin’s, Butcher’s Block, Fresh Catch, and Sweets & Co. Sample something from each one. And to complete a memorable meal, enjoy a complimentary refreshing cocktail, beer, or glass of wine from The Kitchen Bar.
The Kitchens has themed buffets on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
- Enjoy Steak Wednesday for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., priced at $22.95 and for dinner from 4 to 8 p.m., priced at $28.95.
- Cajun Thursday lunch is available for $22.95 from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and for dinner at $28.95.
- Soul Food Friday is available for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for $24.99.
An all-you-can-eat crab legs dinner is available on Fridays for 4 to 10 p.m. for $54.99 and on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $54.99. (Buffet pricing does not include tax and gratutiy.)
Tier discounts are available for cash, debit or credit card purchases only. They are as follows: Black Diamond, 30%; Diamond, 25%; Sapphire, 20%; Emerald, 15% and Ruby, 10%.
