The Kitchens now open seven days a week
WEST MEMPHIS — Southland Casino Hotel has announced that The Kitchens is now open seven days a week. The buffet hours are Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The buffet has something special for seafood lovers. The Kitchens features All-You-Can-Eat Crab Legs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Each weekday buffet features a special theme, like International Mondays, Regional BBQ Tuesdays, Steak Wednesdays and Cajun Thursdays. The Kitchens boasts seven open kitchens where one can watch as skilled chefs craft a symphony of flavors offering something new every day.
Whether its carvings, pasta, oven-baked pizzas or pastries, diners can sample more than 100 delectable dishes from Ladle & Field, Mama Mia, Southern Fixin’s, Butcher’s Block, Fresh Catch and Sweets & Co. Then, they can top off their experience with a complimentary drink from The Kitchen Bar.
Other dining options at Southland include the Chairman’s Bar, The Fry House, The Grind, Charred Oak Bourbon Bar, Ignite Steakhouse, Season’s Cafe and Betly Sports Bar and Grill.
