‘Fuddruckers Word’s Greatest Hamburgers’ available in Tunica —
Fitz Casino has your burger fix and so much more

TUNICA – Fuddruckers World’s Greatest Hamburgers and The
Bazaar are popular dining options at Fitz Casino & Hotel. Located in full view of gaming floor excitement upstairs in the casino, Fud- druckers and The Bazaar stand side by side, separated by an impres- sive pizza oven in an attractive restaurant layout with a common dining area. Everything about
the restaurants, from floor to ceiling, is unique, including the giant pizza oven.
I dropped in for a burger and fries at Fuddruckers. My choice, as usual, was a 1/2 pound bacon cheddar burger combo. I could have tried the 1/3-pound burger, but I yield- ed to temptation and decided to go all-in for more beef. (Confession, I yield to temp- tation often when it comes to food.)
Frankly, it is hard not to
want more when it comes
to gourmet burgers. Fuddruckers starts with 100% All-American premium-cut beef and a fresh-baked bun. My burger came covered with melted cheddar cheese and was topped with a generous help- ing of crisp smokehouse bacon.
Diners get to decide what they want to dress their burger with at Fuddrucker’s market-fresh produce bar, which is conveniently located next to the order and pick-up counter. The produce bar is stocked with hand-leafed lettuce, sun-ripened tomatoes, dill pick-
les, sliced red onions, pico de gallo, and more. I added lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and onions to mine, and then covered the bun with plenty of mustard and mayonnaise. The burger was plump, perfectly juicy
and delicious, the fixin’s were fresh, and the accompanying thick- cut golden fries were the ideal side.
Other third-and half-pound burger selections on the menu at Fuddrucker’s include the Three-Cheese Burger (Provolone, Swiss and cheddar), the Mushroom Swiss Burger, The Works (smoke-
house bacon, American cheese and grilled mushrooms), the South- west Burger (guacamole, smokehouse bacon and pepper jack cheese), the Bourbon Burger (sweet bourbon sauce, smokehouse bacon, bourbon-caramelized onions and crumbled bleu cheese), The Hangover (smokehouse bacon, cheddar cheese and fried egg) and the BBQ Burger (grilled onions, cheddar cheese, smokehouse

bacon and smokehouse sauce). The menu at Fuddruckers has much more to offer, like a veggie burger, a turkey burger, Buffalo wings, fish-and-chips, mozzarella cheese sticks and “Tricked Out Nachos” – beef,
chicken or chili.
Fuddruckers also has chick-
en in a variety of ways, includ- ing chicken tenders, a crispy chicken sandwich and a Buf- falo chicken sandwich.
Salads on the menu include Caesar salad, chicken Caesar salad, chicken salad (grilled or crispy), taco salad and a side
salad.
Breakfast is served at Fuddruckers from 7:30 to 10 a.m. on Sat-
urdays and Sundays. Enjoy such selections as the Full House (three eggs scrambled with a choice of sausage or bacon, hash brown, white or wheat toast), biscuit-and-gravy, pancakes, ham-and-eggs (an 8-ounce country ham steak served with three scrambled eggs, has brown and choice of toast, a breakfast burrito (scrambled eggs, cheese, choice of sausage or bacon, and served with a side of sal- sa), breakfast quesadilla (large flour tortilla stuffed with sausage or bacon, scrambled eff and shredded mozzarella cheese). Available sides include bacon strips, sausage, hash browns and biscuits.
Hand dipped shakes available include vanilla, chocolate, Oreo, Butterfinger and strawberry. Sides include onion rings, sweet potato fries, wedge-cut fries, chili cheese fries, fresh apples and side salads.
