New buffet opens at Southland Casino
WEST MEMPHIS — The Kitchens, a truly unique buffet experience, opened on May 26 at Southland Casino.
The Kitchens features seven open kitchens and provides a rare glimpse inside as chefs prepare fresh selections right before guests’ eyes. Designed to satisfy every craving, The Kitchens offers a variety of favorites, a carving station, made-to-order pasta, oven-baked pizza, and homemade pastries.
This all-new, expansive 400-foot buffet serves over 100 dishes each day from its kitchens: Ladle & Field, Mama Mia, Southern Fixin’s, Butcher’s Block, Fresh Catch, and Sweets & Co. It will be hard not to sample from each and every one.
Diners can complete their memorable meal by enjoying a complimentary

The ceremony celebrated the new, expanded casino floor, which is two-and-a-half football fields long and boasts 2,400 gaming machines and 50 live table games.
The 113,00 square-foot casino complex is the latest milestone of Southland Casino’s ongoing $320 million expansion project that began in 2019.
