CHOCTAW — Geyser Falls Water Theme Park at Pearl River Resort is a 23-acre family amusement center featuring 12 major waterslides, an enormous wave pool, a lazy river and activity areas for children and teens. Season passes for those ages 4 and up are now on sale for $109.99 plus tax.
Plus, depending on the day of the week, gate general admission to Geyser Falls runs from $34.99 to $44.99 and online general admission runs from $32.99 to $42.99. The park is free for children ages 3 and under. A wide variety of discounts are also available, including discounts and special offers for large groups. See geyserfalls.com for all of the details.
The water theme park is impressive, adorned by waterfalls and crystal-clear swimming pools. Within the 23 acres are 8 acres of white sandy beaches, palm trees and glistening water. Attractions include Geyser Flats, Lil’ Squirts Hollow, Mt. Everwet, Clearwater Key, Backsplash, Round About River, Pipe’s Peak, Whitewater Express, Thunder Lake, Creaky Leaky Water Factory and more.
Features include cabanas for daily rental, the birthday hut for rental, a retail shop, food court, ice cream parlor, snack bar and an outdoor stage for entertainment. Adjacent to Geyser Falls Water Theme Park is the Beach Club Restaurant, a full-service restaurant that offers a casual dining experience in an open air and outdoor beach environment. Other dining options include My Tie Café, Afo’s Café, Dippin’ Dots, Udder Delights, Nacho Hu, a special Cabana menu and Grill Cart.
Park dates for 2022 are: May 28-June 30, the park will be open Monday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.; in July the park will be open Monday-Thursday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. On Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 6, the park will be open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The park will be open on weekends only from Aug. 6 to Sept. 5 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and from noon to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
