WEST MEMPHIS — Southland Casino Hotel has announced the opening of the new Seasons Café. The eatery joins an impressive list of dining venues at the gaming destination. No matter what type of food you’re in the mood for, you’ll find it at Southland Casino. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite, comfort food, in-season specialties, fine dining, or cocktails, Southland’s impressive selection of options has you covered. Here are more
details:
• The new Seasons Café is now open. For innovative fare in a casual setting, look no further than Seasons Café. Drop in for seasonal varieties made from scratch, tasty spins on local favorites and the freshest ingredients around - who doesn’t love farm to table! The Seasons is open daily from 5 p.m. to 2 p.m. (closed from 2 to 5 p.m.).
• The Kitchens — Discover a unique new “all-access” buffet experience at The Kitchens with fresh selections, a variety of favorites, a carving station, made-to-order pasta, oven-baked pizza, homemade pastries, a bar, and more. The expansive 400-foot buffet serves more than 100 enticing dishes from buffet’s kitchens: Ladle & Field, Mama Mia, Southern Fixin’s, Butcher’s Block, Fresh Catch, and Sweets & Co. The Kitchen’s serves a popular All-You-Can-Eat Crab Legs Special on Friday nights and Saturdays. The buffet also features a Sunday Brunch from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. featuring a blues band and mimosas for $34.99. For lunch on Fridays, The Kitchen’s
hosts Soul Food Fridays from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The price is $24.99. Buffet pricing includes one free alcoholic drink and does not include taxes and gratuity.
The Kitchen’s is open on Friday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Chairman’s Bar — Overlooking the casino, the new, fully stocked Chairman’s Bar offers cocktail service in an inviting atmosphere. Entertainment abounds with a large video screen, multiple TV screens, free Wi-Fi, and phone-charging stations. The
Chairman’s Bar is open 24/7.
• Charred Oak Bourbon Bar — Southland
Casino’s new bourbon and whiskey bar pours craft cocktails and exclusive spirits over craft specialty ice. Charred Oak offers that touch of class guests are looking for to start or end their evening right,
and live entertainment sets the mood Friday and Saturday nights. Charred Oak is open Wednesday and Thursday from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m., Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m., Sunday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
• Ignite Steakhouse — The new, upscale Ignite Steakhouse serves up charcoal-grilled steaks and local farm-to-table favorites paired with your favorite wine or handcrafted cocktail. Ignite Steakhouse is open Wednesday and Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 5 to 10 p.m.
• The Fry House — There’s nothing like traditional Southern- fried cooking, and The Fry House makes you feel right at home with fried chicken tenders, chicken wings, fried shrimp, fried catfish filets, hand-cut French fries, ice cream, and all the fixin’s. The Fry House is open Sunday-Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
• Sports Bar & Grill — Catch all the action on the big-screens and enjoy the area’s best pub fare while betting at the Sportsbook powered by Betly, which is located in the Sports Bar & Grill. Cheers to frosty cold drinks, incredible food, all the sports, and an easy and fun way to watch, wager and win.
