‘Fuddruckers Word’s Greatest Hamburgers’ available in Tunica —
Enjoy third-pound or half-pound burgers at Fitz

TUNICA – Fuddruckers World’s Greatest Hamburgers and The
Bazaar are popular eateries at Fitz Casino & Hotel. Located upstairs in the casino, Fuddruckers and The Bazaar stand side by side, sepa- rated by a giant pizza oven in an attractive restaurant layout with a common dining area. Everything about the restaurants, from floor to ceiling, is unique, including
the giant pizza oven.
I recently stopped by for a
burger and fries at Fuddruck- ers. My choice: a 1/2 pound bacon cheddar burger combo. I could have opted for the 1/3-pound burger, but I yield- ed to temptation and decided to go all in for more beef.

Fuddruckers also has chicken in a variety of ways, including chicken tenders, a crispy chicken sandwich and a Buffalo chicken sandwich.
Salads on the menu include Caesar salad, chicken Caesar salad, chicken salad (grilled or crispy),
taco salad and a side salad. Breakfast is served at Fud- druckers from 7:30 to 10 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Enjoy such selections as the Full House (three eggs scram- bled with a choice of sausage or bacon, hash brown, white or wheat toast), biscuit-and- gravy, pancakes, ham-and- eggs (an 8-ounce country ham steak served with three scrambled eggs, has brown and choice of toast, a break- fast burrito (scrambled eggs, cheese, choice of sausage or bacon, and served with a side of salsa), breakfast quesadilla (large flour tortilla stuffed with sausage or bacon, scrambled eff and shredded mozzarella cheese). Available sides include bacon strips,
sausage, hash browns and biscuits.
Hand dipped shakes available include vanilla, chocolate, Oreo,
Butterfinger and strawberry. Sides include onion rings, sweet potato fries, wedge-cut fries, chili cheese fries, fresh apples and side salads.

covered with melted cheddar
cheese and was topped with
a generous helping of crisp smokehouse bacon.
Diners get to decide what they want to dress their burger with at Fuddrucker’s market-fresh produce bar, which is conveniently located next to the order and pick-up counter. The produce bar is stocked with sun-ripened tomatoes, hand-leafed lettuce, sliced red onions, dill pickles, pico de gallo, and more. I added lettuce, pick- les, tomatoes, and onions to mine, and then slathered the bun with mustard and mayonnaise. The burger was juicy and delicious, the fixin’s were as advertised, fresh, and the accompanying thick-cut
golden fries were the per- fect side.
Other third-and half- pound burger selections on the menu at Fud- drucker’s include the Mushroom Swiss Burger, the Three-Cheese Burger
(Provolone, Swiss and cheddar), The Works (smokehouse bacon, American cheese and grilled mushrooms), the Bourbon Burger (sweet bourbon sauce, smokehouse bacon, bourbon-caramelized onions and crumbled bleu cheese), the Southwest Burger (guaca- mole, smokehouse bacon and pepper jack cheese), The Hangover (smokehouse bacon, cheddar cheese and fried egg) and the BBQ Burger (grilled onions, cheddar cheese, smokehouse bacon and smokehouse sauce).
