As a pivotal component of the inaugural Workforce Development Summit, TMCF launched the Cal
& Annette Johnson HBCC Scholarship Program in collaboration with internal programs and external partners.
The scholarship attracted over

This initiative directly aligns with three key areas:
Institutional capacity building, Scholarships and student investment, and Programmatic innovation and resources pillars, as it strengthens HBCC institutions, provides transformative financial support, and ensures equitable access to higher education and career preparation.
