I am lucky to have had the opportunity to move to the
Gulf Coast and serve as the Human Resources Director
at Harrah’s Gulf Coast. It is important to me to focus on creating a culture of growth, inclusion, and community support, and my goals have always been to make a significant impact on the organization and beyond.
A Journey Fueled by Passion
My path into human resources was illuminated in college, where I gained critical insights working with an expanding telecommunications company. This experience ignited my passion for HR and set me on a trajectory centered on supporting and developing others within a collaborative team environment. For the past 11 years, I have been committed to Harrah’s Gulf Coast and Caesars Entertainment and to those values that drive the success of the organization.
Advancing Diversity and Inclusion
Caesars Entertainment is resolute in its mission to build
a culture where every individual has the opportunity to thrive. We have a program where leaders are nominated by peers and executives to gain insight, skills, and knowledge that will prepare them for future leadership opportunities. The executive team is thrilled to support Ellen Erhard, Hospitality Manager, as our 2024 Emerging Leader.
Driving Professional Development Through SAVVY
I am particularly excited about the opportunity to serve on the board of Caesars Entertainment’s National Business Impact Group (BIG) SAVVY. This initiative provides support, guidance, and encouragement to women and allies within the company and the community. Even more, I am thrilled to launch this program at Harrah’s Gulf Coast in 2024.
Balancing Career and Family
I deeply value the support of my family and friends. My children, Greyson and Aubrey, are constant reminders of why I work hard, lead with kindness, and embrace each day with a smile.
