   Shanita Grayer was inspired to
open her business by her own family. “Knowing that my parents are getting older and one day I might need someone to take care of them,” she explains. “What can be better than home care?”
Her favorite part of the job is meeting and feeling like family with her clients.
Grayer’s family has also been incredibly supportive of her career. “They see more in me than I see in myself.” She is even in the process of opening a uniform/scrub store.
