DIRECTOR
Hello, everyone!
The 26th edition of Cruisin’ the Coast sure was a lot of fun for us, and we hope for you
as well. We were blessed with some mighty fine weather, lots of events, good food, and wonderful camaraderie that can only be found here in South Mississippi.
In case you missed it, we had a record 9,618 vehicles register for the event. You came from 44 states, Canada, and the UK. An amazing 1,647 of you were first-timers! It still amazes us how grand our little car show has become, all because of you.
As you can imagine, we are knee-deep in planning for this year’s event. The cool shade of tropical blue picked for this year’s color should bring us another week of great weather.
We’ve made a couple updates to the event for 2023. The Vicari Auction CTC Swap Meet will be a bit different – we’re dropping the use of the arena and expanding more into the convention center. That should be more convenient for you and our vendors alike. We’re also welcoming the city of Waveland back to CTC with a special event there.
For your convenience, we’ve included a 2023 registration form in the newsletter. If you haven’t registered, get it filled out and mailed in. You can also go to www.cruisinthecoast.com and register online. If you have already registered, give the form to a friend. Confirmation postcards are being mailed, so look out for those.
