Who or what inspired you to pursue your current career? I suppose I would have to start with myself. I always knew I wanted to be a successful business woman, and I would only want to work for myself. I’ve always had supportive people in my life who recognized my talents, and they pushed me to do it for myself. I have also always been passionate about fashion and every beautiful detail of the industry. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed styling for years. It brings me so much happiness seeing things come together. Happiness is the key to success, and if you love what you do, you will be successful.
What I like best about what I do is: What I like best about what I do is helping women step back into their power. Sometimes all they need is the right outfit to remind them that they are the main character in their life, and they write the story. I want them to remember that they are beautiful, no matter what size or shape. Having a beautiful spirit is just as important as physical beauty.
What’s something interesting about you that not many people know? I am the youngest of five sisters. I have been surrounded by amazing women who
have all played very important roles in my personal development over the years. Each one has blessed me with different characteristics to help me be the best version of myself. Fun fact: I also am the only sister with natural red hair.
What moment from your life made the biggest impact on your career? I would have to say when I was denied a promotion at a job that I had dedicated seven years of my life to. As devastating as it was at the time, I know now in retrospect that it wasn’t meant to be. Had I been promoted, I would have never realized how unappreciated I was and I would still be stuck in that toxic environment. Sometimes things fall apart so better things can come together. There is no expiration date on reinventing yourself.
