Mississippi Aquarium.
For instance, the Gulfport segment, which is the first episode, includes scenes of the Mississippi Aquarium and Florence Gardens. In Ocean Springs the show will take in TatoNut with its tasty potato-based doughnuts. The Biloxi focus will be on waterfront condo living and a still-to-be- determined tourism attraction. The Bay and the things that make Bay St. Louis funky will be the emphasis in that Hancock County city. As for Diamondhead, Blaize said, “Did you know that Diamondhead is the only city on the Coast you can get to by land, water and air? And it has championship golf courses.”
Blaize, who auditioned for the show through Zoom, adds that some events that take place on the Coast will also be filmed. “We will find other places too. In each show we will demonstrate the value here in real estate, lifestyle and culture,” he said, “and feature different places to live.”
He was asked to audition based on his record as a loan officer. He has been the number one loan officer in the state for three years and is nationally ranked. “To have that production in a small town is quite an achievement,” he said. “The American Dream people liked my personality and signed me to a contract. I have no idea what will happen; for now I'm just enjoying the ride.”
Blaize, who was born and raised here, is a one-man production team. He says it got easier after producing the first episode.
“My hope is that the contract will keep getting renewed so we can continue to showcase more fun things on the Coast,” he said.
