Each year Lighthouse Business and Professional Women recognizes women along the Mississippi Gulf Coast based on their career advancement, education, civic contributions, awards and honors along with a series of leadership questions. We have always taken the judging process a step further by having out of state judges, who are not connected to our Gulf Coast Community, to review our finalists. The only requirements eligibility requirement is that you live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast!
