Dalenah Tanner and Ashlei Johnson have been a part of the South Beach management team for three years. Both are University of Southern Mississippi graduates with hospitality management degrees. Together they bring
fun, excitement and energy in their everyday responsibilities. They believe that loving
what they do is key to their success. Both
enjoy challenges, and meeting and exceeding goals. They strive to better the property and community in all they do.
Dalenah Tanner is a native of Lucedale
and has been working on the Mississippi
Gulf Coast for over 10 years. She is the hotel director and revenue manager for the property. Prior to working in the hotel industry, she
has an extensive background in sales and management. She is very driven and aims to excel in every aspect of her job.
Ashlei Johnson, a native of the Gulf Coast, is the director of sales and marketing. She has years of experience in the coastal hospitality industry. She brings new visions and energy to the property daily. Her love for the Mississippi Gulf Coast can be seen throughout the hotel and any event she takes on. She strives for perfection and excellence and that can be felt in all her marketing and event ideas.
The duo genuinely feel like work is only work when you are not having fun. They have a friendship beyond the doors of South Beach and believe that is a key component to the continued success of their careers. They each have responsibilities that allow them to shine in their respective positions. Whether booking a room or booking an event, you will always be met with a smile.
