Who or what inspired you to pursue your current career?
The death of my uncle, Calvin Ray Johnson, a Vietnam veteran who passed prior to
my birth. I later had a chance encounter with another veteran who served next to him, 21 years later in Washington, D.C.
My greatest successes have been:
Helping a veteran that
has been cast out by their community and seeing them grow and turn their lives around to where they are now a vibrant part of society and helping others in return.

Advice I would give to young female entrepreneurs:
Always believe in yourself. Lift others up and always have a kind word. Never forget where you came from because it made you the strong woman you are today.
My greatest successes have been:
Raising my two boys, Bo Swarnowicz and Drake Necaise.
What moment from your life made the biggest impact on your career?
When my father, Rev. Bobby Seymour, suffered a stroke and needed caregivers 24/7. I realized at that very moment that I wanted the best for my dad and for other families on the Gulf Coast. I do not hire someone that I wouldn’t put into my own parents home.
