What I like best about what I do is:
Helping people nd the perfect gift for that special someone or celebration.
Advice I would give to young female entrepreneurs:
Surround yourself with people who have skill sets you don;t have. Build a team to help support the mission of your business.
What’s something interesting about you that not many people know?
People might not know that I have a little character named “Daisy Dana” who emerges when I want to make people laugh!

COMMUNITY BANK OF MISSISSIPPI

What I like best about what
I do is: I get to serve as a liaison and a facilitator of potential dreams. Whether I’m helping my clients reach their nancial and/ or business goals or navigating my team members in the pursuit of their career goals, my job allows me the opportunity to help others realize dreams. There are very few things more satisfying than the reward of witnessing these potential dreams materialize into actualized realities.
My greatest successes
have been: The opportunity
to lead through mentorship. Serving as the branch operations o cer, I have been given the opportunity to guide many team members through their career development. The opportunity to witness their growth is immeasurable.

Who or what inspired you to pursue your current career? I always enjoyed working with children and knew I wanted to pursue a career in healthcare. I stumbled across Speech-Language Pathology because of my interest in learning sign language. I took one class and knew it was what I was meant to do.
What I like best about what I do is: What I like best about what I do is getting to know the families and truly connecting with the children I work with. It lls me with so much joy to see the change and progress the children make, but also how that a ects the whole family in such a positive way.
My greatest successes have been: My greatest success has been building an amazing team of therapists and sta . I could not be successful today without the support and dedication they give to the children and families we serve.
