Who or what inspired you to pursue your current career? I have always had a passion for the arts and communication. I have an undergraduate degree from William Carey in speech communication with an emphasis on broadcasting and a master’s in public relations from USM, along with other certi cations. My former director, Margaret Miller, was an amazing mentor whose passion for this organization and community has always inspired and encouraged me. With the right knowledge and team, you can accomplish anything.
What I like best about what I do is: I get to help make a di erence in a community. It could be writing an article that helps to shed a beautiful light on the City or it could be a smile that it brings to someone’s face when they attend a town festival or to a business owner who was able to sustain a little longer. That’s why I love what I do.

As I approach the nine year anniversary opening of my store, I more than ever feel SO incredibly blessed to have the unwavering support and love from my loyal clients, friends and family. And the love has been stronger than ever through these uncertain times. It brings tears to my eyes thinking about it!
I wasn’t sure if I would make it through being shut down for weeks on end. The struggle was real and heartbreaking. But what happened was the opposite! From the day I reopened, my community, clients and friends were right there making sure that I not only survived but thrived! It has truly been magical.
I love having a place where people are coming in to not only shop, but to just get out and browse around, talk for a minute, or just to feel a sense of normalcy. Pass Christian is a very unique area rich in history, with wonderful restaurants, boutiques, gift and art stores that are mostly owned by women. Wow! Just wow! Looking forward to a very promising and strong 2021.
