What I like best about what I do is:
The people. Whether I am nurturing a current banking relationship, building a new banking relationship, or growing my staff, I LOVE the people. In the people is where you see your true success. If they are growing and happy, then you are ful lling your purpose. If they are struggling and stagnant, then you have to dig a little deeper to help pull them through. It is never perfect, but when it works; there is magic.
My greatest successes have been: As
a banker, my greatest success has been working my way up. I have worked in
and learned nine different positions since beginning my career. This has allowed me to grow my banking knowledge and build an abundance of respect for each position.
My greatest personal success has been my children. I have an 18-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old son. They are the reason I am who I am today, and the reason I work so hard. Kids learn by example. My prayer is that I have shown mine to be present, loving, kind and hard working.
