In this business, you must stand out. Since we are an independent agency, we must be very creative in how we market ourselves. We are the only local real estate agency that has our own self produced television series, Inside Out with HL Raymond Properties. Season Two is coming soon!
What we like most about what we do:
One of our favorite things about our job is building relationships with our clients that go beyond home buying and/or selling. We truly care about everyone we have the opportunity to work with. Every day, we meet new people with their own stories and their own missions and goals. We are excited to help guide them through the process.
Advice we would give to young female entrepreneurs: Don’t stop.
Don’t quit. Don’t give up on your goals or yourself. If you can see it, you can be it! Never let anyone tell you that you CAN’T do something.
My greatest successes have been: I was able to open up my own brokerage in real estate in only 18 months. After countless hours of honest hard work, excessive branding and marketing, networking and connecting with great agents, it has really paid off.
