et ready for America’s largest block party as vehicles roll in from all around. Join in on the fun October 6-13 for the 23rd Annual Cruisin’ the Coast, which will feature activities such as cruise-ins, exciting entertainment, swap meets, auto auctions and more! The festival began in 1996 as an event celebrating antique, classic and hot rod vehicles, and has since grown to become one of the Coast’s most celebrated events.
“To say that Cruisin’ the
Coast 2018 was a HOT one is
an understatement in many ways, said Crusin’ the Coast Vice Chairman and Executive Director Sherwood “Woody” Bailey. “While we did experience temperatures a bit warmer than normal, we believe the 22nd edition of our event was pretty cool.”

be located at the newly opened Centennial Plaza in Gulfport, with event locations spread throughout the Coast. The Swap Meet will
be held at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and cruise-ins will take place at Edgewater Mall as well
as in dedicated areas of Bay St. Louis, Pass Christian, D’Iberville, Ocean Springs, Gautier, Moss Point and Pascagoula.
“We missed having Dennis
Gage with us last year, but he promises to be back for Crusin’ 2019,” says Bailey. “Courtney, Cristy, Joe and Amanda Martin were fan favorites on the celebrity front, greeting as many cruisers as possible. The Street Rodder Road Tour gang made another stop here in 2018 and will be back this year, along with the Vintage Air Road Tour arm of Street Rodder.”
