My greatest business strengths are: The nature of a small business always involves taking risks. I have never been afraid
to take a calculated risk to grow and positively advance Captain Al’s Steak
and Seafood. My competitive spirit and ambition, along with the desire to deliver a quality and delicious product, have given me the drive to advance the business. We continually try to keep our creative juices flowing, to constantly refine our menu
to reflect the customers’ preferences and tastes.
In five years I would like to see my business:
Grow and expand with several added amenities such as, a bait shop, gift shop, marina, and event area.
The best advice I’ve ever received: Things don’t just happen; you make it happen! Every problem has a solution and temporary circumstances don’t equal permanent reality.
I chose this particular business because: I love the opportunity of living the great American Dream of owning your own business, while also being able to provide a unique atmosphere and flavor for the Gulf Coast. My real dream is to carry
on what my father started over 25 years ago, providing the best steak and seafood combination available on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, with an enjoyable atmosphere for the experience.
My inspiration comes from: Our
customers and my family, along with an independence, dedication and willingness to take risks. My goal has always been to improve my abilities, and hopefully be a role model for others aspiring to live the great American Dream!
