Local Realtor Carrie Cole moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast 13 years ago after growing up in Minnesota and working in Hawaii. Though the Coast was very different from her Minnesotan upbringing, Cole quickly fell in love with the accessibility of the area and the people, not to mention the lack of snow!
As a newcomer, Cole started out
in real estate with zero contacts and knew she could only go up from there. She put her outsider’s perspective to work and made a name for herself
in residential real estate, eventually transitioning to commercial work under the guidance of Carlene Alfonso, owner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Alfonso Realty, Inc.
new venture in commercial real estate, Alfonso’s unwavering belief in her was enough to convince her to believe in herself. Within 15 months, Cole opened a commercial property management division and became the commercial real estate department manager.
Cole is successful in her career partly due to her strengths in communication and organization, but her passion for real estate is what has set her apart. She enjoys her job every day because no two day are the same.
