Andrea (“motivation”) Montana comes to us with over 10 years’
experience in the fitness industry. She has competed in many
fitness and body building completions and has four 1st
place titles in the very tough figure division and is qualified Nationally with NPC.
Fully Certified with the International Sports Science Association ( ISSA ) in personal training and is fully CPR certified. Andrea has a love for fitness and all the necessary tools to help you achieve your fitness goals.
