I chose this business because
caregiving is growing with the increasing elderly population who require these services. Our job is to remove stress, lift spirits and help people stay comfortable in their homes as long as possible.
I started this work as a part time job, but as the years went by I was seeing more clients and finding it very rewarding.
I have compassion for working
with the elderly in their homes or at their assisted living communities. I look at it as if some day I could be in their shoes, and I would expect that same compassion that I have for them.
What is equally important is success and failure. I once heard, “Failure will never overtake you if your determination to succeed is strong.”
