ORANGE MARMALADE bone-in
Scarlet’s Steaks & Seafood and Butler’s Bar & Lounge at Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort have new menus showcasing the specialities of chef Anthony Rametta.
New items at Scarlet’s include the orange marmalade bone-in pork chop, veal milanese, and stuffed cold water lobster. Steaks include the 16-ounce prime cut New York strip, 14-ounce bone-in filet, 32-ounce Tomahawk rib eye and 16-ounce Delmonico. Seafood favorites include Gulf cobia, Gulf snapper, Alaskan king crab legs and Gulf redfish with many available accompaniments. Appetizers, such as the bacon-wrapped scallops and charcuterie
board, along with soups, salads,
sides and desserts can also be found at Scarlet’s.
Butler’s menu features a variety of appetizers such as the Butler’s burger, tasso-fried sweet chili shrimp, grilled lollipop lamb chops, seafood-stuffed potato skins and prime beef sliders.
“I wanted to show what we have to offer here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast,” said Rametta, recently crowned the winner of the 2017 Gaming & Destinations magazine’s 6th Annual Casino Chef Showdown Recipe Competition. “Our guests are sure to enjoy what we call ‘The New Way to Dine.’ ”
