and emotional wellness providing integrative healing therapy for the unique needs of our community.
The best advice I’ve ever received is from one of my yoga teachers, to look within, trust and enjoy each step on my path, and to remember my yoga name, Shanti (Peace).
I chose this particular business because of my passion for integrative healing arts and the need for healing on the Gulf
Coast post-Katrina, to serve my community on the road of recovery.
If I ruled the world, I would... nd and inspire ambassadors of peace and healing to lead with humanity, loving kindness, and compassion.
