Gulf Coast Hub – helps equip volunteers and nonprofits with information, training, and resources to make the most impact. United Way of South Mississippi – strives to improve the quality of life in South Mississippi by focusing on creating measurable outcomes in the areas of education, health, and financial stability. www. unitedwaysm.org
Mississippi Power’s Project SHARE – a program to assist the elderly, handicapped, medically disabled, and others in need who are having difficulty paying their electric service bill. You can add your donation to your monthly bill. www.mississippipower.com
CASA of Hancock County and CASA of Harrison County – a nonprofit organization that utilizes trained community members to advocate for children who are involved in the child welfare and youth court systems. www.casahancockcounty.org and casaharrisonstone.org
