Roasted Duck.
Fried Potato Salad.
Duck is a Radish favorite and easily one of
the best servings of duck you can find. Lightly seasoned and roasted to perfection, this dish is served alongside a sweet slice of French toast, blackberries, and light citrus sauce. The Fried Potato Salad, a truly hearty side dish, is William and Joffrion’s take on Southern potato salad. Crispy fried potatoes are tossed with tangy sauce, roasted almonds, fried capers, and just the right amount of herbs and spices. This is comfort food at its finest.
But if you are craving something truly unique and spectacular, the Vegetable Ash Crusted
Filet is an epic meal with a humble origin. Vegetables are roasted until completely charred and black and are then pulverized to ash. This ash is then delicately mixed with salt, pepper and other seasonings and then used to form a light crust around a tender, six-ounce filet. Served atop a house Dijon cream sauce and roasted mushrooms, this is one of those truly amazing dishes that will have you driving to Long Beach every chance you get. Complete your meal with a Vietnamese Coffee Crème Brulée and a Radish Cordial and it’s just like the cherry on top of the perfect meal.
Radish is a quaint restaurant in the heart
of Long Beach and it’s the kind of place that makes you smile with its chic décor and inviting atmosphere. When asked what the future holds for Radish, William says it’s hard to think about the future when he is so happy with the present. And happy he should be. With only a year under its belt, Radish has become a local favorite for patrons far and wide. With the opening of Kai Teki Noodle Bar next door, the Resters are excited to bring more of their love of flavor to Long Beach and the Coast.
