Established in 1991, Ace Data Storage is celebrating 30 years of trust. Over the past three decades, the family-owned company has provided secure document life cycle management for businesses throughout the Gulf Coast Region. Their service area extends as far north as Jackson, west to New Orleans and east to Mobile.
From humble beginnings – 2,000 square feet of record storage space, to be exact – the business grew with the support of the community and many happy customers. As the need for services grew, Ace Data grew to accommodate them. Today, the company can handle the entire life cycle of documents, from retention to shredding. Along with upgrading to a 75,000-square-foot facility, Ace Data has replaced its single office shredder with five mobile trucks and a 100 horsepower plant based shredder.
While not a common dinner table topic, document disposal and storage is an important subject that affects
us all. Whether it’s medical records, business account information, or an old hard drive, sensitive information should be treated with care. Ace Data is known for following through on this promise of security, evidenced by

Ace Data Storage has also achieved a
AAA Certification in mobile and plant- based shredding from the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID). In the shredding industry, that means Ace Data has met and continues to meet strict guidelines ensuring the highest standards in the industry are performed daily. The facility is monitored by a state- of-the-art fire and burglary system that is monitored 24 hours a day, in addition to video surveillance.
