Erin Rhue opened Half-Baked Subs four years ago with a mission to offer a made-from-scratch menu and a fresh experience to her guests. She began her journey 26 years ago in a small sub shop, which started her career in the restaurant business.
“I loved the sub shop and wanted to
comfort food,” she said. “We are not fast food, but good food.”
Making salad dressings and creating new combinations of fresh, bright flavors top her list of favorite things to prepare. And, sandwiches are her number one meal to enjoy.
