Biloxi Main Street Director Named

Kay Miller, Biloxi Main Street Director, was named the Outstanding Director of the Year by the Mississippi
Main Street Association (MMSA) during the group’s 29th annual awards luncheon in Jackson.
Miller, who also serves as the City of Biloxi Downtown Services Manager, said, “I was very surprised and excited to receive this award, I feel
so honored to be selected. There are many wonderful and hardworking

Some of her accomplishments include saving and restoring
the 110-year-old Bond- Grant House; the implementation of the downtown façade and landscaping grant project; the incubation of Gallery 782 (a 40-artist co-op);
the creation of Grillin’ On The Green festival; and the downtown Farmers Market Festival series.
