Gulf Coast Businessman Brings Internationally-Recognized Management System to Mississippi

As more businesses struggle to stay focused on their financial and marketing goals in this fast- paced and competitive economy, a management system by EOS Worldwide® is making its way to Mississippi. Ryan Giles of Gulfport has recently become the only licensed facilitator in the state, receiving his designation as a Professional EOS Implementer® in May 2017. He subsequently launched his new company, TRACTIONstrong, to show businesses of all sizes how to use these tools and improve their effectiveness.
The Entrepreneurial Operating System, or EOS®, was developed in 2000 as a new way of helping companies focus on and achieve business priorities by helping them optimize people, vision, and processes.
Giles applied the EOS® principles initially himself as a co-founder and managing partner at AGJ Systems in Gulfport. “We founded the business in 2002, and while
our business grew and we were successful; the growth was not predictable, intentional or at a rate we could measure,” explains Giles.
