roll and is served with a side of sweetened fish sauce. If you are looking for something slightly more simple, opt for the Can Ghe Xao Bo, which is crab claws sauteed in a warm butter sauce and served with toast for dipping.
The Mi Wonton Kho is an incredible Vietnamese stew that will easily become your favorite dish. It is loaded with handmade wontons, rice noodles, pork and shrimp and is served with a side of rich, chicken broth. If you want something a little heavier, try the Mi Xao Don. Egg noodles are deep fried in the shape of a small bird’s nest which becomes the perfect vessel for stir-fried vegetables and your choice of chicken, pork, beef, or seafood. This dish is definitely a delight for the eyes!
If sushi is what you fancy, Hana has no shortage
of elaborate rolls or simple sashimi, with an ever- changing daily special that keeps sushi fans on their toes. The Jet Roll is an absolute marvel. Fried shrimp, snow crab, cream cheese, and seared salmon are
mixed with rosemary and thyme, then rolled in rice. Sauteed garlic, chili oil and a generous piece of shaved parmesan top this creative roll made with unexpected ingredients and boasting a distinct and flavorful taste. A current crowd favorite is the Legacy Roll. Shrimp tempura, cream cheese and snow crab are wrapped
in rice and topped with fresh, jumbo lump crabmeat,
a butter garlic sauce, eel sauce and masago. The showstopper, however, was by far the Salmon Bomb. Lightly smoked salmon is wrapped around snow crab, cucumber and special house flavors. The result is one incredibly powerful and explosive dish.
