Photography Exhibition
Congratulations to the photographers whose photos will be exhibited at the Pascagoula River Audubon Center beginning August 16 and continuing through September 6. We present some of the winning photos on the following pages.
The photos were selected by a panel of three independent jurors based on technical quality, originality, and artistic merit.
Depicting the natural beauty of Jackson County, the photos also highlight the Audubon Center and the important role it plays in telling the story of the Pascagoula River and surrounding environment. The center works to educate people of all ages about natural resources.
The exhibition was open to all residents of the United States ages 13 and older. Entrants submitted a digital link via email of up to five (5) photographs depicting life on, in, or around the Pascagoula River. Photo topics include birds and other animals, flowers, the river, new life and weather. All Photographs were taken between April 15 and May 31, 2018.
