Dr. Eun-Chee Lee
Dr. Eun-Chee Lee moved from South Korea to Louisiana as a teen. As an orthodontist, she strives to recreate her own orthodontic experience with her patients by identifying individual needs while developing a close connection.
After eight years in practice, Lee loves forming long-lasting relationships with her patients and helping them achieve confidence with a smile. Lee credits her interest in the field to her younger brother’s pediatric dentist. “My brother had
a tough procedure, but his dentist made the experience seem very comfortable and effortless. Watching him care for my brother sparked my interest in the field of dentistry.”
Lee received her bachelor’s degree from Tulane University and attended the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry where she completed her orthodontic residency and earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery and Master of Science in Dentistry.
She wants readers to know to take care of their health through preventative measures. “Oral health is a vital part of your overall health! Not only do you need to brush your teeth at least twice daily, but you also need to floss daily as well,” she explains.
In her free time, Lee enjoys working out at barre classes, traveling, and trying new foods. She is also a cat lover! But her favorite thing to do is spend time with her family and friends.
