The core purpose at McMurphy Orthodontics is “We help others discover their best selves.” Dr. Timothy “Brice” McMurphy is proud to have been serving the Coast for over three years now, and helping his patients discover their best self.
“I love being part of the journey of our patients’ smile transformations,” he says. “Many people are very self-conscious about their smiles. They don’t smile in pictures, or they hide their smiles when being social.” Dr. McMurphy believes that smiling portrays happiness and joy in moments of life, and hiding this takes away from the level of joy experienced in the moment.
Born and raised in Biloxi, Dr. McMurphy takes pride in what he does for the Coast. His offices focus on a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. He’s not your typical, formal orthodontist either – he doesn’t even wear a white coat! Instead, he’d rather wear fun socks, sneakers, and a golf polo or hoodie.
“I love developing relationships with patients and families along the way,” Dr. McMurphy explains. “But the most rewarding part of my job is revealing new beautiful healthy smiles and watching how this provides a boost in confidence and self-esteem to our patients.”
