2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 cup seedless cucumber (minced)
1⁄2 large lemon
(juiced)
3-4 cloves garlic
(minced)
2 tbsp fresh dill
(chopped)
Pink Himalayan salt
(to taste)
Black pepper
(to taste)
1 tbsp curly parsley
(chopped, optional)
1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
2. Delicately fold making sure to combine all ingredients well.
This sauce can be used as a marinade for lamb, chicken, or beef. Marinade for no less than 2 hours, preferably overnight.
If used as a sauce, make sure to chill before serving.
Garnish with fresh dill or parsley.
Tzatziki is a great addition to a charcuterie board, pairing well with crackers and fresh vegetables.
