Sinus Clear is the office of Dr. Vincent Pisciotta and Dr. Clayton Bratton. They treat a full range of ear, nose and throat issues, as well as sleep apnea. Sinus Clear is dedicated
to providing the most up-to-date treatment options for their patients, including the latest Inspire treatment for sleep apnea and in-office procedures for patients suffering from sinusitis. Their goal is to offer the highest possible care to patients on the Gulf Coast through maximizing services offered in the office.
By providing services in-office, Sinus Clear is able to better treat and follow their patients’ care plan. In their office they provide Allergy and Immunotherapy treatment, Audiology
and Hearing Aids, CT scans, and inoffice surgical procedures, including Balloon Sinuplasty. Balloon Sinuplasty is a minimally- invasive procedure used to treat patients suffering from chronic sinusitis with a minimal recovery period. During the procedure,
they use a topical anesthetic and sedation for patient comfort, and a small, flexible balloon catheter is inserted into the sinuses and slowly inflated to gently widen and open blocked sinuses, allowing the sinuses to drain naturally. Once the sinuses
are open patients will begin to feel better and experience a reduction in headaches and sinus pressure and pain. Because most patients are able to resume normal activities within 24- 48 hours, it is ideal for patients who wish to get back to their normal routine quickly.
Sinus Clear is excited to announce the newest member of their physician team, Dr. Robert Wineski. Dr. Wineski is from Ocean Springs and will be joining the practice in September 2023. Dr. Wineski trained at the University of Alabama Birmingham Medical Center in General Otolaryngology. Dr. Wineski will provide a full range of ENT care for our patients.
