The Garlic Shrimp Boat is a crowd favorite. Jumbo Gulf shrimp are sauteed in butter, garlic, olive oil, lemon and a dash of paprika. Served with plenty of grilled bread for dipping, make sure you bring your bib. The Mediterranean Pizza is a pesto-based homage to truly fresh ingredients. Macon prides himself on his unique pesto recipe made with pistachios, as opposed to pine nuts. An assortment of mixed vegetables, herbs and fresh mozzarella round out this amazing pizza
pie. In-house tzatziki tops the gyro and you cannot go wrong with either the lamb or steak.
Macon’s favorite is the Asian Pasta. Teriyaki, mangos and habanero peppers make up the base of a delicious shrimp pasta sauce that carries an amazing Asian
flair. Still, you can’t go wrong with any of Puff Belly’s gourmet burgers. I recommend the Brewery Burger,
a 10-ounce patty of pork, beef and bacon, served underneath red peppers, blue cheese crumbles and a generous portion of prime filet tips. After just one bite, you’ll definitely understand why the Brewery Burger is a customer favorite.
