What Is The WSaad Difference?
e get asked that question a lot. We talk about the difference, and people rightly wonder what we mean. Let’s see if we can explain here, beginning with the fact that it is less about “things” than it is about an experience at Saad Healthcare. That being said, perhaps if we outline some of the reasons we are different, our clients will begin to understand that the difference actually emanates from our family, our business, and our staff.
We can start with the fact that we are a family owned and operated business and that we
have been providing care and service for over 50 years to the Gulf Coast region. We not only have the highest physician satisfaction rate in the region, but are the only agency that is open 24/7 with a nurse (not an answering service) in- house at all times.
Saad Healthcare’s owner and administrator, Dorothy Saad-Dunning is actually a registered nurse who is totally involved in the day-to- day care of our patients, and demands that we offer same day admissions, even on weekends, because need does not take a day off.
