BRITTANY VARNEY, D.M.D.
Dr. Brittany Varney has spent her entire life observing dentistry by watching her mother, Dr. Theresa Jones, provide the Gulf Coast community with quality care over the past
30 years. Dr. Varney received her Bachelors Degree from the University of Mississippi, then continued her education
at Mississippi College completing her Masters Degree in Biomedical Sciences. Following these achievements she pursued a career in dentistry at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
Dr. Varney is committed to long-term service to the Gulf Coast community pledging to provide quality dental care.
JESSICA CHRISTY, D.D.S
Dr. Christy started her career in dentistry obtaining her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy in her home state of Michigan. While attending dental school she was commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force. Upon graduation in 2007, she
went on active duty as a Captain, completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Keesler Air Force Base. This residency provided her with advanced training in all specialties of dentistry.
After her residency she was stationed at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, where she deployed as part of Operation Enduring Freedom to Bagram, Afghanistan for seven months.
Following the completion of her active duty service in 2010, Dr. Christy returned to the Gulf Coast to be with her husband who was stationed at Keesler. She continued her work with the Air Force as a contract dentist until 2014 when she joined Dr. Theresa Jones. She brings her extensive experience and passion for dentistry to Hillcrest Dental Group.
Dr. Christy strives to provide compassionate quality care
to her patients. She is able to do this through continued education in all aspects of dentistry and as a member of
the American Dental Association. She is also part of a comprehensive study club, Spear Study Club, with other dentists and dental specialists on the Coast that allows her to provide the best care possible to her patients.
