Why do you enjoy what you do? Being able to make an impact in my patients’ quality of life.
Have you had an interesting or unusual case you can tell us about? In general we are now able to do procedures in the office with patients awake that in the past would have required general anesthesia and a more prolonged recovery process.
Tell us a ‘Fun Fact’ about yourself, or something people would be surprised to know about you. When I am not in the office, my passion is saltwater fly fishing.

What is your favorite part of your job? It gives me great satisfaction when my patients tell me they can hear again. The excitement that my patients have when they describe sounds that they have not heard in years truly makes my day. Through the testing and rehabilitation process I have time to get to know them on a personal level and I love their stories and learning about their lives. They make me laugh and teach me life lessons every day.
