LETTER from the editor
June signals a number of things in South Mississippi, including the beginning of summer with all its easy living, vacations and influx of out-of-town visitors. It’s the month for our annual Meet The Doctors special section and, as always, we have useful information, helpful hints, entertaining reading and just plain fun in all the magazine’s regular sections.
We hope the Meet the Doctors special section is something residents have come to know and expect as a dependable guide to who’s doing what in local health care. We are blessed with a wealth of medical knowledge and specialists here.
Along with profiles of health care professionals, the special section has interesting feature stories. These include a piece about the health care education that William Carey University is bringing to the area, a story about how a
