Half Shell Oyster House & The Rack House Steaks and Spirits
Half Shell Oyster House opened its first location in downtown Gulfport in 2009. Since then, two more locations have opened in Biloxi. One is in downtown and the other is inside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
“The concept brings Southern cuisine to the table with a New Orleans flair. This culmination of cuisine results in a variety
of dishes like the Smoky Bacon Shrimp and Grits, Big Easy Surf and Turf, and Redfish Orleans,” says Vice President of Operations & Human Resources Kevin Fish.
Guests can enjoy dining at the downtown Gulfport or Biloxi location for lunch Monday through Friday from 11a.m. to 3p.m. and the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino location opens for dinner only Monday through Friday. All South Mississippi locations offer the dinner menu daily, and brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Sunday.
