Chef Solo Nguyen is serious about one thing: sushi. His

The Cajun Roll is a best-seller and includes creamy sauteed crawfish topped with steak, avocado and Asian remoulade. Another standout? Sushi burritos known as “Fatsumoritos,” which are available in shrimp, tuna, and vegetarian varieties.
But don’t worry, Fatsumo isn’t just for the sushi-lovers of the world. The restaurant offers plenty of “sushifree” options, such as homemade egg rolls, ramen and udon noodles, and an Asian spin on the classic beignet.
